Fuel Hazard Reduction

Victorian Ecosystem services worked long hours in hot and dusty conditions to complete the fuel reduction work necessary so the planned burns in the grassland could be conducted in the small window of opportunity the weather conditions provided.

It was very satisfying to see the reserve being burnt knowing how this regenerates the native grasslands for the flora and fauna that live in these little pockets of wild places in the Western suburbs.
