BPAD Accreditation

Working through the accreditation system starting with undertaking a Post Grad in Bushfire Planning and Management through Melbourne University in 2019 with Trent Penman filling the big shoes of our beloved Kevin Tolhurst and having great lecturers such as Justin Lenard which made learning about the building codes, the Australian Standards AS3959 and of course burning things at CSIRO fun.

I appreciate the efforts Trent put into making this course so dynamic and bringing us some top guest speakers such as Clare from the BOM and a range of people from DELWP. I am very grateful to have had this opportunity to learn on campus (haven’t the covid years made us appreciate this even more)?
