BAL Assessment Lorne

Undertaking BAL Assessments at Lorne we worked Bushfire Planning into the house design with in wall bushfire shutters to enable unobstructed ocean views. Working with the landholder's architect to make the house design more robust to bushfire enabled us to be successful with obtaining a planning permit to build in a Bushfire Prone Area.
